Meals:

  • Cooking for yourself - We can only allow groups to cook for themselves if they meet the following criteria: (1) if the group size is under 50 people, (2) If they book in November- February, (3) If they follow all Fraser Health Regulations and let us know who has Foodsafe to cook for their group. Cost: $566/day. Group must book the entire Gym building.

  • Minimum Meal Charge - it is difficult for our kitchen to accommodate small groups. Groups will be charged for meals for a minimum of 15 people.

  • Home-cooked Foods- Due to Fraser Health Regulations and Foodsafe regulations, we cannot allow guest groups to bring food from home to Stillwood Camp from March-June and August- October. Groups can bring prepackaged foods from Grocery Stores and Takeout from Restaurants.

  • Meal Times – Our meals are served at 8:00 am (breakfast), 12:00 pm (lunch) and 5:30 pm (dinner). Due to Fraser Health Regulations, we can only keep the food out for 45 minutes. Please make sure your entire group arrives on time for meals. We do not accommodate alternative meal times.

  • Dining Hall – All Stillwood meals will be served in our dining hall. Please ensure your group clears their table and places their dirty dishes in the black carts provided.

  • Dietary Restrictions – Our kitchen can accommodate gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, and vegetarian restrictions upon request. If a guest has anaphylactic allergies, please let us know so we can notify the kitchen. Please understand, there is a difference between dietary preferences and dietary allergies/restrictions. We can accommodate dietary allergies/restrictions, but not preferences. Please be specific when sending us this information.

  • Evening Snack – Your evening snack will be available to be picked up in the dining hall lobby after dinner. Your snack will be labelled, on a cart, ready to bring to your meeting room. Please return the cart and tray back to the dining hall the following day.

  • Coffee Service – Coffee and tea is available in many of our meeting rooms. Additionally, free coffee service and specialty coffee for purchase are available in the Ugly Mug (formerly Stillbucks), our onsite coffee shop.
