SUMMER SESSIONS

In 2021, Stillwood opened it’s doors through Airbnb, making our cabins and activities available for families throughout the year. We’ve kept them open on weekends for the past couple years- it’s become a tradition for many local families! We’ll be running our Summer Family camps again this year, to make Stillwood a fantastic experience for the whole family!

Registration Opens January 7th at 10:00am

  • July 9-11, Friday @ 6pm- Sunday @

  • 12pm (2 night stay)

  • July 16-18, Friday @ 6pm- Sunday @ 12pm (2 night stay)

  • July 23-25, Friday @ 6pm- Sunday @ 12pm (2 night stay)

  • August 6-8, Friday @ 6pm - Sunday @ 12pm (2 night stay)

  • August 13-15, Friday @ 6pm - Sunday @ 12pm (2 night stay)

Cabin Booking Details

All of our cabins are booked through the airbnb system. Availability and details are subject to change.

  • We tailor our activities to the season! For our Summer Family Camps, most of our activities will be open. This includes archery, climbing wall, laser tag and more!

    • Airbnb costs are calculated via an algorithm on Airbnb’s site. All pricing is on Airbnb itself.

    • Cabins only have a mini fridge and microwave. All other cooking supplies must be brought

    • Fires are only permitted in designated shared fire pits and cannot be reserved for individual use, unless a fire ban is in effect.

    • Check-in times are subject to insurance restrictions based on our children’s camp operations. No early check-ins or late checkouts are possible. Check in 6pm Fridays, check out 12pm Sundays.

    • We are a drug and alcohol free camp. Please refrain from bringing substances onto our property.

  • Cabin availability depends on current operations. Usually Stillwood’s cottages are the only individual cabins rentals available. A list of availability can be found here: Click Here for our Airbnbs
