Experience the Magic of Stillwood Day Camp!

Each day campers will get a healthy dose of the camp life, and then get to sleep soundly in their own bed that night. To be helpful to parents and caregivers, fees and registrations are calculated by the day. That means when you register you choose how many days you want your camper to attend and then pay the appropriate fee. For summer camp registration questions contact registrations@stillwood.ca

A DAY IN THE LIFE…
Our daily schedule will work around being outside the entire day. Every day starts with a welcome time and a warm-up game, the rest of the day is jam packed full of activities, team building, snacks, campfires and more!

  • 9:00am - Drop-Off

  • 4:00PM - Pick-up

We tailor day camp activities to the age of the campers, giving them great exposure to what Stillwood offers. These activities are fun and exciting in and of themselves, but they also serve a greater purpose. Through taking part in new experiences, campers develop more self-confidence and awareness and develop stronger bonds with new friends.

  • 9:00am - Drop-Off

    4:00pm - Pickup

  • Campers unable to attend a session will receive a refund, less an administrative fee of $70 plus applicable taxes, provided our office is notified by Friday, four weeks before the start of their camp.

    Your deposit or any payments made towards their camp fees cannot be applied to ANY other registrations. Another camper may not be substituted in place of a cancelled spot.

    We regret that barring any mishap or illness, no refunds can be made after this time.

  • Transportation and aftercare will not be an option this year.

  • A peanut-free lunch and snack will be provided. We are able to accommodate gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan and vegetarian dietary needs, so long as that information is provided on the camper’s registration ahead of time.

    Campers must bring their own labeled water bottle.
