Fees

  • Your invoice has to be a minimum of $1,000 (this includes all the fees)

    Hosting overnight guest groups involves a variety of associated costs. The overnight base fee covers grounds use, administration, cleaning services, utilities, and one meeting space (allocated based on group size). This fee is charged per person, per calendar day, including both the arrival and departure dates. Children ages 0–4 are exempt from the base fee.

    Weekend Rate (Fri-Sun): $28.00/person/day

    Weekday Rate (Mon-Thu): $23.00/person/day

    Enjoy complete, private access to the camp with an exclusive overnight buyout, available for a minimum fee of $22,000. This limited opportunity is offered only from November through March only.

  • Individual Meals

    We offer 3 meals a day (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner) Each meal is a different cost based on on the total numbers of people in your group. The larger your group, the more cost effective your meals will be. Our minimum number to cater is 15 people. Groups 14 people or less, please email groups@stillwood.ca to inquire.

    Dinner Meal Prices are listed below. Lunch meals are $2 less than the Dinner prices. Breakfast meals are $3 less than the Dinner prices.

    • Adult/Youth (13+)

      • 5-15 people: $28.35/meal

      • 16-34 people: $25.20/meal

      • 35-74 people: $23.10/meal

      • 75+ people: $21/meal

    • Child (5-12)

      • 5-15 people: $26.25/meal

      • 16-34 people: $22.05/meal

      • 35-74 people: $21/meal

      • 75+ people: $18.90/meal

    Children ages 0-4 are FREE for meals

    Miscellaneous Food service Fees:

    • Simple banquet: This is to use the entire dining hall as your meeting room and a meal. For example, to decorate the dining hall as for a birthday = $28/meal

    • Evening Snack: If you are staying overnight this is included.

    • Food Inflation Adjustment: We reserve the right to add our inflation costs on your final bill. As a non profit charity we do not profit from hosting your group. However we still need to cover our costs, therefore as we experience food inflation we pass it to our guests.

    • All activities, aside from the canoe rental, include the cost of instructors. Any additional instructors will cost $46/hr.

    • Grounds Fee includes all unsupervised activities on site if you are here for the day only- $8/day

    • Swimming Pool = $154/hr, $618/day

    • Laser Tag = $154/hr, $618/day

    • Sky High Ropes Course = $463/hr, $1854/day

    • Zipline = $463/hr, $1854/day

    • Archery = $103/hr, $515/day

    • Archery Tag = $103/hr, $515/day

    • Canoe Rental = $515/day (Rental cost only)

    • Outdoor Climbing Wall = $206/hr, $824/day

    • Indoor Climbing Tower = $257/hr, $1030/day

    • Outdoor Education Module = $17/student/module

    • Games Room = $103/hr, $515/day

    • Gym- $126/hr, $566/ day

    • Teambuilding/Low Ropes= $46/hr, $262/day

  • Accommodations

    • Cottages = $113/each/night

    • Motel = $77/room/night

    • Dorm = $283/floor/night

    • Cedar/Hickory = $224/night

    • Balsam = $556/night

    Meeting Rooms 1 meeting room is included in base fees:

    • Small Additional Meeting Room = $56/hr, $283/day

    • Medium Additional Meeting Room = $87/hr, $386/day

    • Large Additional Meeting Room = $128/hr, $566/day

    • Outdoor Large Tent Rental = $1236

    Miscellaneous Items:

    • Additional Tables = $16/table

    • Linen Package = $48/each

  • Day Groups are only booked 6 months in advance.

    Nothing is included. You pay for the following: Base fee + Meals + Meeting room, and any extra items, i.e. activities.
