Meetings
At Stillwood, carpeted meeting rooms of various capacities are available to accommodate the size, and other requirements, of your group. We have intimate, lounge-like venues, and mid-size facilities, right up to a gymnasium.
If you are staying in one or more of the Lodges, each has common areas that can be used to meet together. We also offer three larger meeting rooms in Maple Lodge, which have capacity from 40 to 300: Columbia Room seats 175, Maple Room 1 seats 300, and Maple Room 2 seats 40 - 50.
So if it’s a smaller, more intimate environment you’re looking for, your best bet is one of the cozy common areas of the Lodges, with their stone walls and fireplaces. These are conducive to connection and discussion. The comfortable sofas help speakers and attendees alike feel free to share their reflections with one another.
For a larger group, we suggest one of the Maple Lodge rooms. Here, you can set out chairs and host a small, medium, or large group. Many of the rooms have outstanding views, further enhancing the impact of the meeting.
If you are holding huge assemblies, eg. teens rocking out to a band, the Gym is the way to go. Due to the great crowd atmosphere it generates, many successful large gatherings are held here.
